Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your USPS or FedEx tracking number. You can also check your order status or sign-in to my account to track your package from there. The map below is an estimate for delivery time using FedEx Ground. All estimates are based on business days.
Rush Delivery Available
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Overnight or 2 day shipping, please call 1-888-796-2844, and select Option 2 to speak with a customer service representative about expedited shipping.
Product AvailabilityThe estimated shipping time for each product is stated in the product description. This is a general guideline date. If you need your order sooner than estimated, please call us at 1-888-79-NAUGI and select Option 1.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Packages are shipped insured FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or U.S Priority Mail. Packages shipped to Canada are shipped insured USPS Global Priority.
Any US shipment totaling under $100 will be charged $7.00. Each additional item after 1 is 25¢ per item. If shipping to multiple addresses, a $7.00 shipping fee applies for each additional address, up to 3, as well as a 25¢ fee per each additional item.
The base shipping rate to Canada is $16.00 for USPS Global Priority. Each additional item after 1 is 25¢ per item. If shipping to multiple addresses, a $16.00 shipping fee applies for each additional address, up to 3, as well as a 25¢ fee per each additional item.
Shipping is 100% FREE to 1 US address when you spend $100 or more with us. Although you may ship additional items to a second and third address only one address is free. Each additional address is a flat shipping rate of $7.00 per address, and .25 cents each additional item. Free shipping is not available on Canadian orders.
Shipping Refunds
Special offers such as free shipping will be subject to a refund reduction if any eligible items are canceled, exchanged or returned, bringing the total order amount below $100.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You have the option of shipping items in your shopping bag to up to three different addresses. In the Ship to field select Other if you wish to ship an item to a different shipping address other than your own. This will prompt you for a name for which to associate that specific item to in your shopping bag. You will be asked when checking out for the shipping address of the second or third name added if applicable.
