In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will take back the item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax, and original shipping costs. When you receive your order please look over the contents carefully. If upon inspection you find the item to be flawed please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipment provided you use a ground shipping service, such as UPS, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Priority Mail. Shipping fees will only be reimbursed for the value of a ground shipping service, as previously described, which typically costs between $6.00 and $8.00.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please call 1-888-796-2844, Option 2 or e-mail us at returns@naugi.com to receive an authorization code for your return. Please write this number on the outside of the shipping box. Without it the package will not be accepted. When you contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number please indicate if you are returning an item shipped incorrectly or a defective item.
Please return the item pre-paid and insured for the full amount of purchase excluding tax and any shipping costs. We will not be responsible for any damage incurred upon return if the package is not insured. You may return via UPS, Federal Express, or the US Postal Service to:

If you would like to exchange an item for something else, give us a call at 1-888-79-NAUGI and select Option 2.
Refunds are issued as follows: If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded the full purchase price exclusive of any shipping charges incurred. If you paid by check or money order, you will be issued a check by Naugi for the full purchase price exclusive of any shipping charges.
In cases of returns, Naugi will refund the full purchase price of the item exclusive of any shipping charge incurred. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your returned item for your refund to be issued.
Special offers such as free shipping will be subject to a refund reduction if any eligible items are canceled, exchanged, or returned, bringing the total order amount below $100.
