You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking Order Status at the top of every page on our website.
If you would like to cancel items in your order, or your entire order, please call 1-888-79-NAUGI and select Option 2, Monday through Friday 10am - 5pm EST. Orders that have passed the Card Charged step on the Order Status page cannot be altered or canceled.
Please do not email any changes or cancellations.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your USPS or FedEx tracking number. You can also check your order status or sign-in to my account to track your package from there.
The My Account section of our site is set up for you to manage your account. You can check the status of your order or change your email address, password, shipping and billing information. When you check the status of your order you can see what stage it is in: processing, being assembled, being packed, or shipping. Keep in mind that some items take up to two weeks to ship. The estimated shipping time for each product is stated in the product description. If you have any questions regarding your account please contact our customer service department.
